Job Description
We are looking for a proactive and results-oriented Service Center Manager to lead our technical and support operations. The ideal candidate will be an engineering graduate with strong leadership, technical, and analytical capabilities. This role involves overseeing the maintenance, repair, and servicing of medical mobility equipment, managing a team of technicians, ensuring customer satisfaction, and continuously improving service processes.Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage daily operations of the service center including scheduling, repairs, diagnostics, and preventive maintenance.
Supervise, train, and evaluate service technicians and support staff.
Diagnose complex technical issues related to mobility and accessibility equipment.
Implement service protocols and ensure adherence to safety and quality standards.
Maintain accurate service records, inventory levels, and equipment documentation.
Coordinate with sales and customer service teams for post-sale support and service planning.
Monitor KPIs and prepare regular performance and service reports.
Handle escalated customer issues and ensure timely resolution.
Stay updated on industry trends, equipment technologies, and compliance standards.
Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Biomedical Engineering.
Age below 40 years.
5+ years of relevant experience, preferably in medical equipment or mobility aid servicing.
Strong technical knowledge of wheelchairs, lifts, and accessibility devices.
Proven experience in team management and service operations.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in service management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Fluency in English; Arabic is a plus.
Valid Kuwaiti driving license is an advantage.
